I want to thank Keith and the entire team at Hannemann for the personal and compassionate service they provided to my daughters and I after the unexpected death of their father. Keith understood the situation and provided us with alternatives and advice that made sense for us, including things we did not know were possible. We needed a private autopsy done, and after we had asked about it late in the evening when first calling Hannemann, by 9:30 AM the next morning Keith had found someone to do it at a reasonable price. Keith made the suggestion that we might want to do a visitation at the church just prior to the service, which we vastly preferred to a long wake. He arranged a private viewing before cremation. At every step of the way, Keith was genuine, understanding, and ready to take care of all the details. We highly recommend Hannemann Funeral Home.

Dear Keith,
We returned from Florida a couple of days ago. On Friday as we went to visit mom we dropped by the gravesite and the stone was placed. I can’t THANK YOU enough for all you have done during this difficult time to make this process go smoothly. Nyack and Rockland County is so Blessed to have someone who truly cares about the families you serve.
Thanks again,

Dear Keith,
You are an incredible man, and I want to thank you from my heart for helping my family and I to get throughthe process of burying my Don. You made it so easy for us, and because you knew Don and I, you knew what he would have wanted and made all of the right suggestions. I feel you went way beyond what a funeral director usually does, you aew incredible.
Keith you are not only an incredible man, you are Blessed by God who gave you a kind and caring heart and you use it wisely. You are so sincere, nothing phony about you at all. I feel your heart is filled with so much love, patience and peace and it reflects in everything you do. Don always enjoyed seeing you and always told me "Keith is a great guy".
Thank you Keith for all that you did for me and my family, I could never have gotten through this without your help and kindness. I am proud to call you my friend.

Keith Taylor, Shaun Cassidy, and the entire Hannemann Funeral Home team are phenomenal. Outstanding service doesn’t begin to describe how they helped our family in one of the most difficult times of our lives - the loss of our mother. Death doesn’t fit into a corporate timeline; it occurs on God’s timeline. The Hannemann team stood ready to serve, stayed accessible, and were available to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. We never felt like a burden or imposition and the door was always open for us. From pre-planning for our dear mother’s funeral through to her burial, they were compassionate and present every step of the way. They provided support, guidance, comfort, and whatever we needed at any given moment without hesitation. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impeccable. Empathy, kindness, respect, care, and keen sensitivity to our needs, to name a few, were pillars of the comprehensive services they provided to us. We were able to honor our mother in an eloquent way - from the flower selection, to the visitation, to the church service, and to the graveside service - we were always in good hands. We are grateful for Hannemann Funeral Home, their great relationships throughout the community, and ability to make a difficult time more serene, peaceful, and beautiful. More important, with the help of Hannemann Funeral Home, we know that our mother observed her celebration of life with pride and a great big heavenly smile.

Keith,
You have such a crucial job, and you probably don't get thanked often enough. It is comforting for a family in sorrow to know that you have taken care of everything. Thank you for stepping up and doing such an excellent job for our Mother's wake/visitation, funeral and graveside services. I can't think of anything you left out, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. Thank you for the support, kindness and patience you showed the family during this difficult time. We are indebted to you and your staff for the goodness you have shown us.

I really appreciated the kind support at the Hannemann Funeral Home in planning my father's funeral. Having to make these kinds of arrangements is an overwhelming and emotional process. I did not realize at the time that I was working with a family-owned (non-corporate) funeral home but thinking back I can understand why my experience was that much more personable because of it. Keith helped me understand all of my options and while sensitive during the process, he was realistic, and able to offer guidance I really needed at the time in making certain decisions. Our finances were limited and so we could only afford the lowest/cheapest coffin available. I did not even ask what it would look like because I expected it to be very unfortunate looking given the affordable price, but we were all very well pleased at the burial that the coffin was very high-quality and we felt really good about it. I also very much appreciated that Keith was able to offer some concluding remarks and prayers at the burial, since we could not afford a service. Thank you to the Hannemann Funeral Home for your support and guidance throughout this process. I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement.
Best,
Rita Calviello

Hi Keith
On behalf of my family I want to thank you for how you and your staff handled the arrangements in this most difficult time. We appreciate your responsiveness, and willingness to do whatever it took to make this unfortunate process as smooth as possible. In this day and age, it is nice to see that someone still believes responsiveness and taking care of their customers.

Dear Keith, Shaun and Company,
So Many years of mom anticipating you providing funeral services culminated in such a very memorable honoring of her long, beautiful life. We deeply appreciate your care, your attention to detail, and the expertise that went into preparing her for such a beautiful presentation. Everything was done in a way in which surely was befitting of mom, including the love and respect shown so beautifully in driving by her cherished home. We cannot thank you enough. Blessings on you and your families, on your business and on your time of rest and relaxation.
With love and gratitude,

There are no words for a loss and it also seems that there are also no words of gratitude that we can express to Keith and his people, his family, that would sufficiently express what our hearts feel.
Every detail exceptionally managed with heart and caring and what we needed as a family. We have people calling and writing to us to tell us how beautiful everything was and how uplifted they felt in the middle of such heavy grief. People have asked about the funeral home, the priest, the church, the music, the prayers, “the kid manning the door”, the man handing me tissues at exactly the moment I needed them.
We are forever thankful that you managed to shepard us in returning our beautiful boy back to God. You brought us peace.
Blessings to you and yours,
Jen, Steve, Luke, and Owen Barrett
